This position is critical to our success as the first interaction potential clients have with our firm.
The primary role of this position is to answer incoming potential client calls to the firm, listen to the caller's situation, gather the required information and enter data into our software.
Other tasks include scheduling, document gathering, communication, contract drafting and other tasks may be assigned.

This position pays $15.
85 per hour and we are looking for 10-20 hours per week for qualified candidates.
Shifts are 5 hours during the hours of 8:
00 AM - 6:
00 PM, Monday-Friday.
Professionalism, attention to detail, timeliness, compassion, ability to work as a team and superior phone skills are requirements for this position.
Experience in Microsoft Office is a must.
Other training will be provided.
PART TIME in Employment Law Firm - Chapel Hill.
Training for this position occurs in person at our Chapel Hill office.
Once fully trained, remote work from home is a possibility with acceptable performance levels.
