Job Description We are seeking an analytical problem solver to play a key role within the organization driving and expanding growth through technical support.
A successful candidate will have excellent troubleshooting & communication skills and must be able to handle multiple issues in an organized manner.
Intake and document support requests that are submitted via email Analyze support requests and determine team assignment Resolve support requests that can be completed quickly Communicate resolution of support requests to clients Standardize and update SOP's for how to resolve requests Identify opportunity for process improvement both internally and externally Coordinate with other departments as needed to drive improvements Troubleshoot technical issues utilizing SQL Server, Tableau, and other platforms/tools Manage internal projects via software development lifecycle, as needed Qualifications 4
years in a data analyst role with heavy usage of SQL 4
years SQL experience Affinity for interacting with and exploring data Strong communication skills, comfortable asking for guidance and clarification as needed Ability to manage time when juggling multiple concurrent, competing priorities Ability to work independently and remote Demonstrate proficiency with technical tools/applications (SQL, Tableau, etc.
), quickly adapt to new/updated tools and processes Preferred Experience with Tableau, Mirth, MS-SSIS, MS-SSMS, Knowledge of Healthcare industry Additional Information

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
