Position Summary This position is charged with oversight and management of all clinical research activities in the department.
The position will assist PIs in the department in planning, execution and publication of research projects, providing project management for all human subjects' research conducted by faculty and residents.
This individual will be responsible for the strategic development of clinical research and will advise the Chair and the Department Research Committee on resource needs, policies and procedures, and project status.
The Specialist works with delegated authority from the Principal Investigator to ensure that clinical trials are conducted in a manner to meet all federal, sponsor, and university requirements.
The Specialist acts as a primary contact on the assigned trials for the sponsor, investigators, and subjects.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and one year of related training or experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Recent experience in clinical research.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Master's in public health, health sciences, statistics, or related field.
Experience on orthopaedics or other related musculoskeletal field.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
