Consor is currently looking for a Power BI Specialist with experience in financial reporting.
As a dynamic and growing engineering consulting firm, Consor is full of opportunities for career development.
This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business analytics dashboards using Microsoft BI technologies such as SQL, Power BI, etc.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Develop operational reports Build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting tools Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications Be experienced in tools and systems on MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, and DAX Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions Create functional reporting Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more Understanding accounting and financial concepts to understand data being reported Using SQL to create custom tables, views, stored procs to streamline processes and create custom reporting Extracting data from various sources and connecting, importing, and transforming data for BI Understanding of Project based environments (we use a sql based ERP, Deltek Vision) Required Credentials:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field Additional Preferred
Qualifications:

years minimum experience with Power BI 5
years minimum experience with SQL queries and report building Ability to prepare static reports from Power BI dashboard from leadership Experience with DELTEK Vision preferred Experience preparing financial, key performance indicator, and other business reports is strongly preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
