(GIENC) is responsible for generating the revenue necessary to support the organization's mission.
The Employment Program Manager (EPM) is part of a co-management & leadership team found throughout the organization's 41 Employment Program Centers.
Tasked with meeting budgeted sales and production goals, EPMs may supervise up to 12 staff members.
Alignment with the organization's values and ethics, the ability to embrace a robust safety culture, and the desire to provide excellent service to donors ensure that management creates an environment conducive with success.
The EPM position is an exempt position, often requiring weekend work.
Salary is $47,000 per year.

Applicant must have a minimum of one year supervisory experience (experience in a retail and/or production environment a plus).
A valid NCDL is required.
