We have been taking on extra projects the last few years and we're in need of another team member.
Our main areas of business are building daycares and luxury real estate.
Most of our projects are in the Triangle area, but we also have small projects going on in the Caribbean and Thailand.
This job requires occasional travel.
We're looking for someone with experience in construction management, renovations, project viability, project management, etc.
Job
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the real estate development and construction process, from initial concept through project completion.
Conduct thorough market analysis and feasibility studies to identify and evaluate potential development opportunities.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Oversee the preparation of project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules.
Manage project timelines, monitor progress, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Coordinate and lead regular project meetings, providing clear communication and direction to all team members.
