This position will support a prestigious university's initiative to care for and manage all vertebrae research animals.
The position is responsible for:
Daily care of the research animals Cleaning and sanitation of cages Handling and restraint of animals Facility maintenance Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Qualified candidates must have the ability to work well with others Requires a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with others Special Physical and Mental Requirements Must be able to move/lift 50 pounds with or without accommodation Requires prolonged and/or repetitive reaching, bending, and twisting Position/Schedule Requirements Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens, Exposure to Hazardous Materials, Laboratory, Overtime occasionally, Weekend work occasionally Job Expectations Work as scheduled and perform assigned duties Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:
