We are looking for Baristas/Counter Staff who wish to grow their skillsets and be artisans in their craft.
Baristas/Counter Staff that can be leaders with a passion to guide their team and be successful together! We are open to training the right candidate! Baristas/Counter Staff represent our brand, which focuses on excellent customer service, treating customers with the same approach as they would like to be, personable and professional but also building relationships.
Our staff has a passion for hospitality and serves only quality foods.
They must want to understand the ins and outs of brewing equipment -- experience with manual espresso machines is a plus! Job Types:
Full-Time, Part-Time Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Store Hours 7AM - 3PM), (Shift Hours 6:
30AM - 3:
30PM), No Weekends, No Holidays Starting Pay:
$15.
00 - $17.
00 per hour depending on experience Responsibilities Prepare coffee and tea beverages for customers.
Clean and maintain the store during downtime as needed.
Ensure that you are always adhering to food safety procedures.
Cash handling and accurately record customer order information.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently as they arise.
Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards.
Serves food neatly and attractively per standard.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Have excellent customer service and communications skills.
Ability to be consistent in executing quality recipes accurately and open to cross training.
Can maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Education and/or Experience Previous barista experience (Preferred) Customer services:
1 year (Preferred) Knowledge of how brewing equipment operates (Preferred) Experience with manual espresso machine (Preferred) Job Types:
