Position Summary The primary purpose of this position is the management of the UNC School of Medicine's CAE Learning Space Software system including scheduling of events within the system, running data reports as requested by staff and faculty for research purposes or other uses, and the generation of student grade reports.
This position also works closely with relevant staff and faculty to design schedules and generate supporting materials for various Objective Structured Clinical Examinations conducted by the SOM and other professional schools.
This position assists with training of current staff and new department hires on relevant components of the CAE software.
Assists with special projects as needed.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Graduation from high school and one year in the field of technology related to the position's role.
- Computer coursework may be substituted year-for- year for the required experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Journey level requires an additional six months experience Advanced level requires an additional one year of experience.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Should have CAE or other Clinical Skills Learning Management Systems experience or be able to complete the CAE LS Training within 6 months of employment Qualtrics or other survey tools Windows Office/Excel Proficiency Mac OS Zoom and other Teleconferencing services Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Preferred experience in adult education.
Required Licenses/Certifications Special Physical/Mental Requirements Campus Security Authority Responsibilities Not Applicable.
Position/Schedule Requirements Evening work occasionally.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
