, a full service fulfillment company and subsidiary of UNC Press, is seeking a few exceptional Customer Service /Order Entry Representatives with advanced Excel skills for their Chapel Hill office located on the UNC campus.
The position is responsible for taking and entering orders while providing a positive experience for the book-buying customers of our client publishers.
This is a position with advancement potential for enthusiastic, friendly, and well-organized individuals who are looking for great opportunities.
The primary responsibilities are:
Respond and answer all phone and email orders and inquiries.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
Support management on special projects.
Required
Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant customer service Proficiency and comfort with technology, including MS Office 1-2 years' experience using Excel to manipulate and analyze data Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task In addition to our collegial work environment this is a full-time position with an hourly rate between $16-$17.
