Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of production operators to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met Oversee the production process and ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards Monitor production performance and make necessary adjustments to meet production targets Ensure that all equipment is maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures Maintain a clean and safe work environment Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Train and develop production operators to maximize their potential and improve performance Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance and engineering, to improve overall production efficiency
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred 3
years of experience in a production supervisory role, with specific experience in extrusion operations Knowledge of extrusion equipment, processes, and procedures Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Type:
