Responsibilities Hiring and training Scheduling Manage wash club sales Oversee and manage all operations Have a positive upbeat attitude Be able to create work schedules that change due to business Maintain 100% customer satisfaction Oversee equipment maintenance and carwash supplies Ensure daily open or close procedures are followed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Ensure employees work productively Oversee training of new employees Evaluate and improve operations Skills and Requirements Proven work experience (carwash experience not required) Management experience wanted but not a must Common computer skills and ability to use social media Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Ability to satisfy customers and a problem-solving attitude Increasing sales by using companies marketing strategies Flexible schedule willing to work more than 40 hours per week Enjoy working with people and customers Can stay on feet all day in cold, wet, heat Whatever It Takes!
