We are seeking an office manager to keep the office organized, respond to emails, prepare documents, enter data, answer phone calls, and run errands as needed.
Applicant must be highly organized and able to work independently; have attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality and posses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Full time, Monday-Friday.
Duties:
Ensure efficient and effective communication within the office and with external parties Maintain filing systems and ensure proper organization of documents Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence Run errands as needed Handle confidential information with discretion Requirements:
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Valid driver's license Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
