Assist in the recruitment process by developing job descriptions, posting vacancies, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Policy Implementation:
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including ADA, FMLA, EEO, and other relevant regulations.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
HR Consulting:
Provide guidance and support to managers and department heads on HR-related matters.
