Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting, watering, and maintaining nursery plants - Operate hand tools and equipment for tasks such as pruning, weeding, and fertilizing - Assist with the irrigation system to ensure proper watering of plants - Support the overall organization and cleanliness of the nursery area - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a garden, farm, or nursery setting is preferred - Basic mechanical knowledge for operating hand tools and equipment - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Knowledge of plant growth and care techniques is a plus - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Please note that this is a paid position.
