Responsibilities:
1Perform regular and preventative maintenance on installed equipment and systems (conveyors, programmable controllers, converters, and other manufacturing machinery).2Diagnose and repair malfunctioning production and plant equipment.3Perform equipment adjustments and repairs, preventative maintenance and emergency breakdowns.4Monitor and control equipment using PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human Machine Interface), preferably Siemens.5Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs.6Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.7Maintain a clean and safe work environment.8Work closely with production and engineering to ensure the efficient operation of process equipment.9Document and maintain all equipment modifications, repairs, and maintenance performed.10Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and technology.
Qualifications:
1Minimum of 3
years of experience in a manufacturing environment.2Minimum of 2 years of PLC and HMI experience, Siemens preferred.3Strong electrical maintenance skills.4Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electro-mechanical, and/or electronic equipment.5Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.6Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.7Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.8Good communication skills, both verbal and written.9Ability to work independently and in a team environment.10High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a technical field preferred.This position is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while helping to maintain the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processIf you have a strong mechanical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for problem-solving, we would love to hear from you!Interested in hearing more?
