Professional appearance at all times while on shift.
Engaging personality and a team player.
Keep salon lobby and front desk area neat and clean.
Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of all aspects of the salon.
(Including but not limited to salon features, layout, treatments and services provided, retail products offered and their benefits.
Greeting guests with eye contact, confidence, and a smile welcoming them to the salon.
Providing accurate information regarding provider timing, service pricing and cancellation policy.
Knowledge of basic computer functions as related to the salon.
Ability to assist guests with retail sales as needed.
Ability to multitask, learn in a fast paced environment, and take direction from co-workers and management.
Other duties as assigned based on daily operations.
