Job Summary:
Chapel Hill Solutions is seeking a qualified research oriented Analyst to support the recruiting team and learn the recruiting business from a growing firm. The right individual will be someone with a strong knowledge in internet research and computer software systems. This role's primary responsibility is to drive efficiency through research, client and candidate interaction, technology and internal communication. Daily activities will involve internet research, database organization, and internet marketing to source and qualify individuals, as well as administrative assistant functions. Administrative role will mostly involve heavy internet research and mining, database organization/maintenance, and Excel work. A large portion of the position will involve drafting letters/emails, documentation, and social media marketing, and daily tasks will involve email retrieval and distribution. Intern will learn the recruiting process and provide a key component to our firm. The position will provide a very thorough knowledge of internet research and office management. The analyst role will provide a valuable advantage and successful path for a future career in recruiting and other businesses.
-Strong Boolean search knowledge for sourcing qualified individuals according to specific criteria will be daily task.
-Research analysis through Google, databases, social media websites, and organizations to field candidates with appropriate backgrounds and qualifications.
-Organize and maintain database of confidential candidate and client information.
-Strong writing skills that correlates to sending formal letters and company profiles.
- Evaluate and recommend new research tools, websites and software.
- Assist and coordinate with the office owner/manager updates to website and social media content.
- Establish and maintain office presence in mailing lists and news group.
- Daily email retrieval and distribution.
- Post and/or delete job orders as required
-Review all incoming resumes through job posting to download into databases and distribute candidates to associates who are currently working on open positions
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of a specific industry and hiring trends and to identify potential client companies and hiring authorities within a specific Marketplace
-Bachelor's degree of accredited university or active pursuit is preferred.
-Strong Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge.
-Strong Microsoft operating system knowledge.
-Positive attitude and willingness to be trained and coached.
-Works well independently and in support of a team.
-Strong communication and writing skills and background.
-Ability to multitask with solid time management skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
