Android Applications Developer
We are currently engaged with a client who is seeking a Android Applications Developer on a consulting to full time direct employee basis. In this role, the Android Applications Developer will:
Responsible for programming, design, unit testing, debugging, technical documentation, software implementation and on-going support of mobile device application software.
Act as a subject matter expert providing recommendations and analyses regarding mobile technology solutions (Android, HTML5, etc.) for clinical systems.
Provide leadership for more junior level mobile developers.
Write Java, Objective C, ASP.NET, HTML5, JavaScript, C# and SQL code for mobile applications.
Create and document 2nd and 3rd tier application support processes and routines to create an efficient application production support environment.
The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:
Design and development of software applications
Design and development of mobile software applications
Technical expert highly specialized in mobile technologies, including one or more of the following:
Android IDE experience
Objective-C, Java experience
Strong object-oriented design and analysis skills experience with a mobile device focus
SQLite & Core Data DB experience
Experience with web service protocols (REST/SOAP) and data formats (JSON/XML/NVP)
Experience with mobile patterns (MVC, MVVM, MVP)

NET technologies (VB, C#, ASP, Visual Studio) a plus
Xamarin experience a plus
